Production Machine Operator

Pay: $15.00 - $15.50 per hour

• Operate production equipment safely and efficiently while meeting daily production goals.
• Monitor machine performance and make basic adjustments to maintain product quality and productivity.
• Inspect finished products to verify they meet quality standards and customer specifications.
• Perform routine equipment checks and report mechanical or operational concerns.
• Assist with basic preventive maintenance and machine changeovers as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and production guidelines.
• Accurately complete production documentation and communicate with supervisors regarding production issues.
• Work collaboratively with team members to support efficient manufacturing operations.

• Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new equipment and processes.
• Ability to follow written work instructions and production procedures.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
• Reliable attendance and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work assigned shifts, overtime, and weekends when needed.

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during a 12-hour shift.
• Frequently lift, push, pull, or carry up to 50 pounds.
• Perform repetitive hand and arm movements throughout the workday.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with moving equipment, varying temperatures, and moderate noise levels.
