Load, unload, and move materials and products manually or using equipment. Assist with setup and breakdown of workstations or production lines. Clean and maintain work areas, tools, and equipment. Follow safety protocols and report hazards or equipment issues. Support skilled tradespeople or machine operators as needed. Perform basic maintenance or facility upkeep tasks. Complete assigned tasks efficiently and accurately under supervision.

Job Requirements:

• You must be coachable because we want you to succeed!
• Must be comfortable with working in a fast-paced manufacturing/production environment.
• At least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must pass our multiday orientation class.
• Must be legally eligible to work in accordance with federal and state law.
• Must have dependable transportation to and from facilities, no exceptions.
• Must be able to work various hours/holidays/weekends as required.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25–50 lbs.
• Comfortable working in cold, fast-paced environments.
• Good attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Prior experience in food processing or machine operation is helpful but not always required.
