Production Manager Agriculture Chemicals - Manufacturing
Salary Range
: $100K-135K
We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee manufacturing operations and lead multiple production shifts in a fast‑paced industrial environment. This role is responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant operations while consistently meeting production, quality, and performance goals.
The ideal candidate is a hands‑on leader who thrives on developing teams, improving processes, and driving operational excellence. You will play a key role in coaching supervisors, optimizing production performance, identifying process improvements, and ensuring a strong culture of safety and accountability throughout the facility.
What You’ll Do Operations Leadership- Lead and support production teams across multiple shifts
- Ensure production schedules, quality standards, and operational targets are achieved
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and productivity
- Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
- Promote and maintain a strong safety‑first culture
- Ensure compliance with all environmental, health, and safety regulations
- Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management for Shift Supervisors and production personnel
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
- Analyze production and quality data to improve operational performance
- Troubleshoot equipment and process issues in partnership with maintenance and engineering teams
- Support process optimization initiatives that improve safety, quality, and productivity
- 5+ years of leadership experience in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment
- Experience leading production teams and managing shift operations
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, safety practices, and operational excellence
- Preferred:
Experience with process manufacturing, chemical manufacturing, or industrial production environments - Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Safe and compliant operations across all shifts

- Strong employee engagement and team performance
- Effective communication and collaboration across departments
