The Chemours Company is seeking an Operations Manager for the DeLisle Plant in Pass Christian, MS. You will lead manufacturing areas, drive safety excellence, and optimize production, quality, and cost metrics in a high-hazard chemical environment.
You will mentor Production Leaders and collaborate with Maintenance, Reliability, Engineering, and Capital projects to deliver reliable operations and continuous improvement. A bachelor’s in engineering and 10+ years of experience are required.
