Location: Iuka
Aerotek is hiring for a MIG Welder/Fitter in Iuka, MS. This first-shift contract-to-hire role pays $18–$21/hr and offers built-in overtime (roughly 45–50 hours weekly) with an attendance bonus once permanent.
The successful candidate will fit, fabricate, and weld structural steel components per blueprints and shop drawings, read engineering drawings, and ensure quality welds in a safe, efficient shop environment.
