• Equipment Operation:
  
  - Operate different types of saws (e.g., band saws, circular saws) to cut materials according to specifications.
• Set up saws for production runs, including adjusting speed, feed rates, and blade angles as necessary.
• Quality Control:
  
  - Monitor the cutting process to ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
• Measure and inspect cut materials for accuracy and make adjustments as needed.
• Maintenance and Safety:
  
  - Perform routine maintenance on saw equipment, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing blades.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Documentation:
  
  - Maintain accurate records of production quantities, materials used, and any issues encountered during operations.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors promptly.
• Collaboration:
  
  - Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure efficient production flow.
• Assist in training new operators on equipment operation and safety procedures.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machining or manufacturing is a plus.
• Previous experience as a saw operator or in a similar role is preferred.
• Familiarity with various saw types and cutting techniques.
