Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED preferred, excellent teamwork skills, and flexibility to rotate between tasks.
Skills required encompass the ability to learn equipment quickly (typically within 2-5 days), good recordkeeping, basic computer knowledge, and strong analytical skills.
All employees must meet production needs and follow safety and quality standards, performing essential functions of the role with or without accommodations.
