Overview

$5,000 Sign on Bonus available for full time RN Unit Managers. 1st shift available (7AM - 3PM). 2nd shift available (3PM - 11PM). As an RN Unit Manager, you will provide leadership and support to the care team, ensure patient/resident needs are met, and evaluate team performance. You will work directly with care team members to provide compassionate and professional care.

• Current license by the State Board of Nursing as a Registered Nurse with experience in the long‑term care industry preferred.
• Ability to plan, evaluate and coordinate services.
• Experience in triaging tasks, supervising nursing team members, and coordinating services to provide the optimum resident and patient experience.
