Hourly: $21.00-$25.00

M-F 8:00‑4:30p

• One year of clinical experience and one year of home health experience
• Provide nursing visits as prescribed by the physician and maintain accurate medical records
• Graduate of an accredited practical or vocational nursing program
• Licensed Practical Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse in the state of operation
• Valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role
• Licensed driver who can travel to all business locations
