- Behavioral Health Clinic Coordinator
The RN Clinic Coordinator plays a vital role in an interdisciplinary team, supporting services in behavioral health and working closely with the HOPE Clinic to address opioid addiction care. Responsibilities include direct patient care through assessments, education, refill management, care coordination, and administering medications or vaccinations, as well as performing various medical procedures. The role demands maintaining meticulous records, adapting to diverse patient needs across different care scenarios, and collaborating with clinicians, LPNs, and CMAs to deliver integrated patient care and effective communication within the team.
A flexible schedule, including regular follow‐ups with patients and coordination of care plans with physicians, is essential to ensuring comprehensive service delivery.

The pay range is listed above. Actual pay rate offered is determined based on experience as an RN.
