Certified Nursing Assistant

Health advocates network is currently seeking a   
** certified nursing assistant
** to work at a facility in   
** oxford, ms.
** these are   _registry_  positions with our company.

** pay rate** : $19 - 20 / hour

** shifts available:*
* + 7a-330p

+ 3p-1130p

+ 11p-730a

** requirements:*
* +  
** minimum of 1 year of experience as a certified nursing assistant*
* + ability to build rapport with patients

+ compassionate and caring demeanor

+ familiarity with medical terminology

+ a valid and current cpr card (american heart association)

+ must have up to date credentials in the state of   
** ms*
* + includes active rn/lpn/cna license, background check within 2 years (felony convictions prohibit employment), oig exclusion search, tb testing up to date (within 12 months), up to date cpr certification, driver's license/social security card, covid vaccination record (not mandaroty, but encouraged).

** responsibilities:*
* + provide patient care under direction of nursing staff

+ record patient information such as vital signs, weight and changes in medical history

+ update and maintain all client records

+ assist nurse in maintaining medical inventory

+ administer prescribed medications to patients

+ sterilize and prepare medical tools and equipment

+ maintain a clean and healthy environment
