Licensed Practical Nurse; LPN - Night Shift

Position Summary

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join Community Eldercare Services (CES) full‑time night shift (7pm to 7am).

• Evaluate and deliver care including medication administration, treatments, ADL care, etc. as ordered by physician and outlined in the plan of care (according to scope of practice).
• Conduct regular rounds to monitor resident activity and ensure residents receive quality care based on professional standards and facility policies.
• Communicate with residents, family members, physicians and supervisors regarding resident status.
• Maintain up to date and accurate medical records during tour of duty on assigned unit.
• Perform other tasks as required.

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing required
• BLS license required
