Overview
Sign on Bonus available for a full‑time Weekend RN Unit Manager. Weekend shift; 16‑hour shifts – Full time hours.
As a Unit Manager, you will provide leadership and support to the care team, ensure patient / resident needs are met, and evaluate team performance. You will also work directly with care team members to provide compassionate and professional care.
Unit Managers have the opportunity to advance their clinical leadership skills through our Clinical Career Ladder, including growth into roles such as Clinical Educator, RNAC, and Assistant Director of Nursing. We also offer tuition reimbursement for continuing education and professional development, as well as opportunities for cross‑training and job shadowing.
Responsibilities- Provide leadership and support to the care team.
- Ensure patient / resident needs are met.
- Evaluate team performance.
- Work directly with care team members to provide compassionate and professional care.
- Current license by the State Board of Nursing as a Registered Nurse with experience in the long‑term care industry preferred.
- Ability to plan, evaluate and coordinate services.
- Experience in triaging tasks, supervising nursing team members, and coordinating services to provide the optimum resident and patient experience.
