The staff RN is a professional caregiver who provides nursing care to patients, assessing, monitoring and evaluating the patient’s response to nursing interventions. The staff RN provides care for patients from the age of newborn to geriatric. The RN demonstrates performance consistent with the mission, values and guiding principles of the unit and Wayne General Hospital; remains flexible to changing systems;
