LPN / LVN - LTC

- BLS certification
Description:Nights, 3/2 split rotating schedule.
3 days/36 hours one week and 4 days/48 hours the next week.
Every other weekend required.
Holidays if they fall during shift rotation.
No call shifts.
Position will support nursing staffing needs.
Resident care coverage required.
Regulatory staffing compliance needs will be addressed.
