Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one private duty nursing care for a pediatric patient in the
Stonewall / Enterprise, MS area
.

We are currently seeking an LPN for
consistent weekday day shifts
, with the greatest need for coverage
Wednesday–Friday from 9:00 AM–4:00 PM
. Additional Monday and Tuesday shifts may also be available for nurses interested in working a Monday–Friday schedule.

ABOUT THE CASE

Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for a
13-year-old male pediatric patient in the comfort of his home.

Clinical needs include:

G-tube and PO feedings with aspiration precautions

Medication administration

Assistance with ADLs

The assigned nurse will provide
one-on-one care throughout the shift
, allowing for focused assessment, skilled intervention, and individualized support of the patient and family.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide safe, skilled, and compassionate nursing care according to the physician's plan of care

Perform ongoing assessments and monitor for changes in patient condition

Administer G-tube and oral feedings while maintaining ordered aspiration precautions

Maintain seizure precautions and respond appropriately to seizure activity

Administer medications, treatments, and other ordered interventions

Assist with activities of daily living as needed

Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation

Communicate changes or concerns appropriately with the clinical team

Educate and support the patient's family regarding home-care needs

REQUIREMENTS

Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Mississippi

Current BLS certification

Current TB screening within the past 12 months

Ability to meet all required
state background screening requirements

Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience

Pediatric or private duty nursing experience is a plus
