FXI is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the plant's Quality Management System and drive a culture of operational excellence. You will oversee ISO 9001 compliance, quality processes, and lab operations, while championing data‑driven decisions and standard work across the facility.
You will partner with operations, engineering, and leadership to elevate performance, reduce waste, and improve process capability through continuous improvement initiatives and CAPA/Root‑Cause analysis.
