Internship Opportunity

To strengthen our QHSE team, we are looking for an intern to work on our QHSE management system as part of our ISO
9001 certification.

Within the QHSE team, you will be responsible for:

• Maintaining the QHSE management system and associated action plans
• Supporting teams in the correct application of quality tools/methodologies
• Implementing and maintaining quality fundamentals and key quality improvement initiatives defined by the Management

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Processes:

• Deployment of the strategy each year in the processes
• Documentary updates if needed
• Supporting pilots in the deployment of action plans related to their process
• Preparing process reviews and management review
• Monitoring scorecards

Audits:

• Preparation and participation in certification audit (follow-up)
• Organizing and conducting internal audits
• Monitoring internal and external non-conformities

Documentation:

• Managing the documentation of the quality management system (evolution, archiving, dissemination, etc.)
• Assisting in the writing and registration

Continuous Improvement:

• Participating in continuous improvement actions

Certification:

• According to client requests, participate in the evaluation and implementation of specific reference(s)

• You are pursuing a higher education degree typically Bac +3/+5 in Quality.
• You are methodical and comfortable with tools.
• English level: intermediate
