Manage Perishable Departments including Produce, Fresh Meat, Packaged Meats, and Dairy, Frozen Food, Bread, and Thaw and Sell Bakery products;
Maintain correct perishable stock levels based on store volume using various order guides;
Assist in training associates in proper presentation, freshness, pricing, handling, and safety procedures;
Assist in scheduling coverage and evaluate staff performance;
Record inventory levels and ensure sanitation standards in Perishable departments.
