Personnel and Payroll Officer

Company Description

The company is specialized in poultry sector, and currently in the distribution of frozen food (frozen fish, french fries, frozen chicken, frozen vegetables, cheese etc...) and covers all the major aspects of the chicken business field and frozen foods distribution.

• Monitor and control daily attendance, including checking presence, absence, sick leaves, and vacations. Update all related reports and registers to ensure the employees adhere to company policies.
• Prepare monthly salaries by gathering attendance records, overtimes, and benefits like transportation allowance, bonuses, gifts, school allowance, as well as deductions like NSSF, taxes, unpaid leaves, loans, and medical assistance. Coordinate with the Chief Accountant and Financial Controller to review and issue the payment of the monthly payroll, to facilitate accurate amounts are transferred / paid out for personnel.
• Prepare ministerial and NSSF declarations by validating with the Senior HRBP and verifying with the Chief Accountant. Conduct the annual reconciliation R6 report for submission to the MOF. Additionally, submit R3 and R4 and MOL declarations, as well as new hire/leave declarations, to ensure adherence with the governmental policies.
• Issue warnings, memos, and salary certificates as needed, coordinating with department heads and obtaining approvals from direct supervisor.
• Manage & handle medical insurance file (Renew of contract & negotiate the TOB addition/Deletion).
• Prepare periodic reports such as NSSF, Tax, Employee Head Count, Exit Interview Report, Overtime, Vacation balances, Salaries, Bonus, etc.

• Bachelor’s Degree in HRM or any related.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits.
• Computer literacy, Microsoft office skills.
• Excellent communication skills and fluent in spoken and written English.
• Familiarity in HRIS systems.
