Dollar General | Flexible Scheduling + Insurance & 401(k) Eligibility + PTO + Tuition Assistance | Responsibilities:
Recruit, select and retain qualified employees; ensure store is properly staffed;
Provide proper training for employees; conduct performance evaluations; identify gaps for appropriate solutions and/or counseling;
Personally open the store at least two times per week and close the store at least two times per week;
Evaluate operating statements to identify business trends and inventory management issues;
Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure financial integrity through cashier accountability and cash control procedures.
