Game Stop - 3869 Promenade Parkway, Suite B - Responsibilities:
Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting them with their video gaming needs;
Fully support the overall shopping environment and contribute to store sales initiatives during the holiday season;
Collaborate with the store team to maintain cleanliness, organization, and merchandising according to guidelines;
Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise and ensuring products are well-presented on the selling floor;
Address guest questions and concerns promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder
