Greer's Markets - - Responsibilities:
Manage department inventory, pricing, shelf conditions, cleanliness and merchandising inside and outside the store;
Oversee labor and safety of ACE associates;
Plan, order and process merchandise to maximize sales and gross profit;
Ensure new associates receive proper training and supervision including cross-department tasks;
Maintain price tags and promotional materials in assigned areas;
Promote ACE Rewards Card and ACE VISA to customers;
Collaborate with other department managers to execute store strategy
