ACE Assistant Manager

Location: Quitman

Greer's Markets -  - Responsibilities:
Assist ACE department manager in inventory, pricing, merchandising, and customer-service excellence every shift;
Communicate and help execute the department manager’s strategy to maximize sales and gross profit;
Ensure new associates receive proper training and supervision including employees outside the ACE department as it pertains to mixing paint and cutting keys;
Assist with ordering, receiving, unloading, storage of merchandise, building displays, stocking techniques;
Maintain price tags and promotions within ACE area;
Promote ACE Rewards Card and ACE VISA to customers in training others to do the same;
Collaborate with other department managers to execute store strategy and achieve department goals
