Sales Manager

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at Mac Haik Madison Chevrolet, located in Gluckstadt, MS. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and motivating the sales team to achieve or exceed sales targets, developing and implementing sales strategies, managing inventory, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales process. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with other departments, training and mentoring sales staff, and analyzing sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

• Proven experience in sales management, team leadership, and achieving sales targets
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge in inventory management and the ability to devise effective sales strategies
• Familiarity with sales data analysis and reporting tools
• Proficiency in automotive sales or industry-related experience is highly beneficial
• High level of organization, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
• Ability to motivate, train, and guide a sales team to ensure performance excellence
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
