Location: Florence

The Branch Sales Manager supports a branch in attaining sales goals and branch revenue objectives. They improve the productivity of the assigned group of sales colleagues for residential products and services, and provide mentoring and coaching to field sales professionals to maximize performance within their defined market.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
  • Hire, onboard, train, manage & engage team of frontline sales colleagues in designated area.
  • Support collaboration between Sales and Operations within territory, aligning goals and driving performance.
  • Lead weekly meetings with Team to monitor performance and skill development.
  • Provide ongoing technical training on services offered in the assigned territory.
  • Facilitate weekly, monthly and quarterly one‑on‑one debriefs with the team to improve communication and training needs.
  • Ensure team meets or exceeds all activity standards for Field Sales Colleague performance (e.g., inspections per week) and other KPIs.
  • Set a strong example for personal character, commitment, organization, selling skills and work habits.
  • Monitor progress against revenue objectives; co‑accountable with Operations for APITDA realization.
  • Monitor sales start rates through the key relationship with Operational Leadership.
  • Serve as steward of the Rentokil Terminix business model to deliver company programs and initiatives with excellence at the branch level.
  • Coach and develop team for growth and development.
  • Plan, organize and order any job‑related items for new hires.
  • Work with new hires to evaluate and identify opportunities for improvement and provide constructive feedback.
  • Communicate to leader any team training needs for continuous improvement.
  • Increase unit sales and dollars by implementing, teaching and enforcing company sales practices.
  • Work in the field with sales colleagues daily and maintain minimum sales activity requirements.
  • Monitor and ensure creative and methodically sound sales programs, proper use of sales materials and inventory.
  • Set an excellent management example and quality image.

Required Qualifications – Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Skill with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers and the general public.
  • Ability to perform basic business mathematics and analyze sales data.
  • Ability to acquire licenses/certificates as required by federal, state or local agencies.
Minimum Education al Level / Certifications
  • At least one (1) year of Rentokil Terminix experience in designated field with RTX.
  • High school diploma or GED (preferred).
  • Maintain licenses/certificates as required by federal, state, and/or local regulations.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license from state of residence.
Physical Demands / Environmental Conditions
  • Moving up to 20 lbs. by lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or repositioning objects.
