Empire Truck Sales, LLC is seeking an Inside, Front Parts Counter Sales Representative to assist retail customers with commercial vehicle parts sales, delivering excellent service and product knowledge in a fast‑paced environment.

• Parts and sales support to retail customers
• Participate in company training programs for career development
• Assist with other parts initiatives as needed
• Pull and stage parts as needed

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience with automotive or commercial truck parts is preferred
• Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to providing timely, accurate, and professional support to both internal and external customers
• Must have a valid Driver’s License with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
• Strong work ethic and a customer‑first mindset
• Basic proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office Suite and other web‑based applications
• Self‑motivated with the ability to build and maintain positive, long‑term customer relationships
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Detail‑oriented and well‑organized, with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast‑paced environment
• Ability to work collaboratively and contribute positively within a team environment
• Previous forklift experience is preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive motions as required
• Aftermarket parts experience is a plus
• Must be available to work weekends
