Role DescriptionThis is a full‑time role for a Pac‑Mac Regional Sales Manager at Hol‑Mac Corporation. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for the day‑to‑day tasks associated with sales management, including building and maintaining customer relationships, developing sales strategies, conducting market research, meeting sales targets, and providing superior customer service in an assigned Mississippi region.
The following is a list of duties and responsibilities to be carried out by the Pac‑Mac Regional Sales Manager. This is not an exhaustive list of responsibilities and the Sales Manager on an ongoing basis as necessary will assign additional responsibilities.
- 1.100% adoption of Hol‑Mac’s CRM (Spiro) best practices by capturing DAILY customer related interactions in real time including but not limited to phone calls, emails and overview of customer visits to ensure the quality and quantity of sales efforts meets company expectations.
- 2. Develop detailed annual business action plans both individually as well as for all assigned dealers to ensure achievement of company and personal targets, aligning with company sales policies and strategies including quarterly, monthly and weekly activity goals, and develop and execute a detailed vertical market sales plan
- 3. 75% travel in the first 12-18 months then an ongoing 70% travel directly visiting current customers, potential customers and trade shows. (Travel will fluctuate depending on the time of year)
- 4. Manage assigned dealers to their annual business plans through their activities
- 5. Assist field sales by preforming customer visits as well as training and coaching them to qualify opportunities in accordance with Hol‑Mac’s qualification techniques designed inside Spiro (CRM).
- 4. Spend ample time at Hol‑Mac corporate location (Bay Springs MS) to promote direct relationships, address customer issues and to continually gain product knowledge.
- 5. Work closely with Sales Manager to develop future visit and activity goals, learn products, and help drive sales and marketing culture throughout company.
- 7. Provide accurate forecast on a timely basis
- 8. Work with Sales Manager to proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer requirements.
- 9. Meet or exceed assigned sales goals, profits, and strategic objectives as assigned.
- 10. Be a competent resource for answers to basic technical questions for customers and dealers.
- 11. Train/demo customers on both the value propositions as well as the operation and demonstrations of all Pac‑Mac products
