What You’ll Need to Succeed Previous experience and/or technical education in diesel trucks, heavy equipment, or vehicle repair

Experience with Freightliner, Detroit, or Cummins is a plusDTNA training is a major bonus

Your own set of tools, suitable for a diesel tech role Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office and diagnostic software)
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skillsA valid driver’s license and clean MVR;
Class A CDL is preferred, not required

Willingness to work a rotating schedule, including some weekends and overtime
