Experienced Automotive Sales Consultant

Infiniti of South Mississippi is looking for an experienced, motivated, and customer-focused Automotive Sales Consultant to join our growing team!

We are seeking a proven sales professional who understands the automotive sales process, is committed to providing an exceptional customer experience, and has the drive to succeed in a fast-paced dealership environment.

• Greet and assist customers throughout the vehicle purchase process
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicles
• Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
• Follow up with internet, phone, and showroom leads
• Maintain an active customer database and build a strong referral network
• Negotiate vehicle purchases professionally and effectively
• Work closely with the Sales and Finance teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
• Stay current on product knowledge, pricing, incentives, and dealership programs
• Meet and exceed individual and dealership sales goals
• Perform other duties as instructed by management

• Proven track record of automotive sales success
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
• Experience with CDK and/or automotive CRM systems is a plus
