Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or vendors by following site-specific procedures;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and emergency responders when appropriate;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouse spaces, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions;
Monitor access points, check credentials when required, and document visitor, contractor, and/or delivery activity in accordance with post orders;
Complete routine reports and incident documentation, and relay important observations, maintenance concerns, and/or policy issues to Allied Universal and site leadership
