Job Title

You are a key player in the security of our clients (individuals and professionals). You are responsible for handling alarms and calls from our subscribers at the remote surveillance center.

• You ensure the reception and acknowledgment of alarms within the shortest possible time
• You process alarms in compliance with established procedures and subscriber guidelines
• You conduct audio-video doubt checks
• You document the details of treatments and observed events in the computer tool
• You initiate and follow up on intervention requests with our partners, emergency services, and law enforcement
• You handle the absence of tests and technical alarms from alarm systems
• You validate the trials of new connections

• You must hold a license to practice issued by the CNAPS, with the mention "Remote Surveillance Agent"
• You have the ability to work in shifts (days, nights, weekends, public holidays)
• You are proficient in written and spoken French, and are comfortable with computers
• You have good interpersonal skills and enjoy teamwork

Schedules in 3x8: 4am-12pm, 12pm-8pm, 8pm-4am
