• Experience with welding and fabricating is a plus.
• Ability to perform preventive maintenance tasks such as lubrication, filter changes, oil replacements, and equipment repairs.
• Familiarity with SAP or similar computer systems for work order management.
• Strong commitment to safety standards.

• Experience in extrusion or industrial maintenance beyond the minimum 2 years.
• Knowledge of plumbing, painting, cleaning, or related mechanical tasks.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years in extrusion or 3+ years in industrial maintenance.

• Physical ability to perform tasks involving lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Comfort working in loud environments, high places, and around moving machinery.
• Willingness to assist with emergency repairs and routine inspections.
