We are seeking a Scaffold Builder for a position in Pass Christian, MS. This position assembles, positions, modifies, and dismantles scaffolding to job specifications. The role is non‑exempt and reports to a Frontline Supervisor (Leadman or foreman). Duties are assigned according to specific procedures and the work is checked frequently.
No per diem available.
Essential Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One to four years of experience in the specified skill (depending on mechanic level).
- NCCER certified is a plus.
- Ability to read engineered drawings preferred.
- Ability to operate different types of forklift.
- Written pre‑employment qualification test.
- Post‑offer drug/alcohol screen and physical evaluation.
- Job site safety requirements as required by the client (clean shaven, long sleeves, steel toe boots, etc.).
- Safety equipment as required by the client (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, respirator, hearing protection, safety harness with lanyard, etc.).
- Applicant/employee must not pose a direct threat to the health or safety of others in the workplace.
- Employee may be required to provide the following: toolbox, tool belt, adjustable wrench, ratchet wrench with socket, claw hammer, cutting pliers, torpedo level, tape, and rain suit.
- Inspect surface for holes, objects, and levelness.
- Assemble scaffold consisting of guardrails, mid-rails, braces, planks, toe boards, screens and/or wheels.
- Position scaffold by rolling it into place or erecting in place.
- Secure scaffold to permanent structure if required.
- Work may include hard barricades, strong backs, engineered scaffold, stairways, etc.
- Perform additional assignments per supervisor's direction.
Final agreed upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.

- Carry objects, tools, equipment, etc.
- Stand, sit, walk, push, pull, bend, kneel, crouch/squat, crawl.
- See with or without correction.
- Hear with or without correction.
