To insure that all facilities meet the highest standards that ensure health, safety, and efficiency in operation for the students and personnel that these facilities serve.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of maintenance experience preferred
• Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and heating systems
• Skilled with a variety of hand and power tools
• Ability to prepare and follow verbal and written instructions
• Must pass a background check and drug test
• Must have a valid Mississippi driver’s license

Facility Director

• Perform routine maintenance to ensure everything is in working order
• Perform light carpentry and basic plumbing repairs
• Perform painting, pressure washing, and grounds keeping work as needed
• Responsible for moving furniture, equipment, and supplies
• Responsible for proper use and care of all tools, equipment and vehicles
• Exercise proper safety precautions and follow all codes and regulations
• Perform other duties as assigned

Twelve (12) months

Performance of this position will be evaluated annually in accordance with the evaluation procedures for non-certified employees.
