The Region of Waterloo is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician for Seniors' Services at Sunnyside Home. In this role, you will carry out essential maintenance duties on HVAC systems, perform repairs, and monitor automated building systems.
You will work closely with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure safety and comfort for residents, with responsibilities including troubleshooting and conducting preventative maintenance across various systems.
Candidates must have relevant certification and excellent problem-solving skills. The position offers a competitive hourly wage between $31.66 - $34.15.
