Installation Technician

Overview

This is your chance to make your mark by delivering best-in-class service and helping customers connect to what matters most. You’ll enable seamless installation and activation of state-of-the-art technology, elevating the customer experience.

• Install latest technology for high-speed broadband, Wi-Fi, and voice services at customer homes and businesses as a trusted expert.
• Work independently, solve problems on-site, and adapt to changing daily tasks.
• Assist with new line installation, ladder work, and system activation to ensure reliable network service.

• Work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Possess a valid state driver’s license
• Lift and move up to 60 lbs (ladders can weigh 50–60 lbs)
• Weigh less than 325 lbs, required for ladder safety
• Occasionally work in small spaces or aloft (up to 28 ft)
• Be available for overtime, emergency call outs and holiday work
• Identify wire and cable colors
• Qualify on pre-employment assessment
