CNC Field Service Technician

Job Responsibilities:

The CNC Field Service Technician will have an extensive understanding of electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics to effectively detect and resolve issues with electrical and mechanical components. Travel to customer sites to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain CNC machine tool equipment and controls. Promote and perform preventative maintenance and provide after-sales technical support and training.

Job Competencies/Qualifications

• MUST have 5+ years of experience with mechanical/electrical repair of CNC machine tools
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and other business programs as necessary
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and schematics
• Excellent technical, communication, and presentation skills
• Physical requirements and flexible hours including overtime and weekends
