Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented Electrical Technician to support assembly, wiring, and basic electrical installation tasks. This role focuses on point-to-point wiring and connections using a variety of hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic tools. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, follow established work instructions closely, and maintain high quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities- Perform point-to-point wiring and electrical assembly using hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic equipment
- Read and follow detailed work instructions and production guidelines
- Ensure accurate wire routing, terminations, and secure connections
- Inspect components and completed work to verify quality and compliance with specifications
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, organized work environment
- Safely operate equipment while following all workplace safety procedures
- Perform light computer work, including data entry, reporting, and documentation of completed tasks
- Work on ladders up to 6 feet as required
- Experience with point-to-point wiring and basic electrical assembly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds regularly
- Comfortable working on ladders up to 6 feet
- Basic computer skills (data entry, simple reporting)
- Ability to follow work instructions and work independently or on a team
- Good problem‑solving skills and basic electrical aptitude
- Combination of shop/industrial and field work environments
- Exposure to noise, moving machinery, and varying temperatures
- Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as needed
