MR R & J LLC is looking for a skilled and dependable Drain Cleaner to join our team in Waynesboro, MS! This is a hands‑on role where you'll play a vital part in keeping homes and businesses running smoothly by tackling tough drain and plumbing challenges every day.

• Inspect, diagnose, and clear clogged or slow‑running drains in residential and commercial settings
• Operate drain cleaning equipment including snakes, hydro‑jetters, and augers
• Identify root intrusions, blockages, and pipe damage causing drainage issues
• Perform routine drain maintenance and preventative cleaning services
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to customers
• Maintain and clean all tools, equipment, and service vehicles
• Follow all safety protocols and industry best practices on every job

• Prior experience in drain cleaning, plumbing, or a related trade preferred
• Familiarity with drain cleaning tools and equipment such as hydro‑jets and cable machines
• Ability to perform physical labor including lifting, bending, and working in confined spaces
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual, and professional with a strong work ethic
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
