Industrial Millwright

Weyerhaeuser seeks an Industrial Mechanic/Millwright to support Engineering & Maintenance in our manufacturing operations. In this on-site role, you will install, troubleshoot, and repair industrial machinery, perform preventive maintenance, and support reliability projects that keep our mills running safely and efficiently. You'll work with mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, read blueprints, align and rig equipment, and fabricate/weld parts as needed. You'll join a safety-first, team-oriented culture focused on integrity, sustainability, and career growth.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair industrial machinery and mill equipment in a manufacturing environment
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Troubleshoot equipment failures to minimize downtime and support production goals
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals
• Align, level, and balance conveyors, motors, gearboxes, and rotating equipment
• Fabricate, weld, and machine parts as needed for repairs and upgrades
• Follow strict safety procedures and support Weyerhaeuser's safety and sustainability culture
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams on reliability and improvement projects
