Role: The Senior Automotive and Diesel Technician ensures accurate, efficient vehicle repairs by qualified technicians, maintaining high customer satisfaction. They diagnose vehicles according to certification levels and perform complex repairs, including heavy-duty work. They explain diagnoses and repair needs to customers and team members, recommend necessary services, and document all findings thoroughly. Adherence to safety protocols and company standards is essential.
Qualifications & Skills: Prior automotive technician experience or ASE certifications, proficiency with diagnostic computerized equipment, valid driver's license, and high school diploma or equivalent. Technical school experience is preferred.
Key Duties: Diagnose and repair vehicles, perform multi-point inspections, communicate technical issues clearly, recommend services, follow safety procedures, and uphold company policies. Flexibility in work schedules is expected.

Working Conditions:
