• Strong knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and design patterns, and experience building highly scalable systems that can support thousands of transactions per second.
• Data‑driven decision making, collecting and using data to measure and improve outcomes.
• Strong communication skills and technical expertise to drive and participate in meaningful discussions.

• Experience with Java/J2EE applications.
• Web stack:
  JavaScript, CSS, JSON, Angular/React, Node.js or similar (desire to learn UI technologies for full‑stack development).

  Spring Boot, JVMs, web servers, Jenkins, Free Marker, JUnit, Git Hub.
• Experience with JMS, AWS, Open Shift, Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD.
• Excellent communication skills, works effectively with cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to write well‑designed, testable, efficient code.
• Collaborate on component design and build to ensure end‑to‑end system compatibility.

This person will be responsible for contributing to the entire software development lifecycle from concept to deployment as a member of an agile, cross‑functional team. They shall design and develop reusable APIs that focus on customer experience needs and optimize quality and deployment practices.
