Responsibilities- Conduct daily transportation planning of shipments and interface with DC Operations to schedule outbound activities.
- Provide customer service support to account teams, other internal departments, and customers to address service requests, freight rate quotes, and other inquiries.
- Monitor daily routing buckets for PRT and RRG deliveries, revise routing in WM, and keep account routing guides up‑to‑date to avoid chargebacks.
- Support inbound shipments and communicate with vendors, carriers, procurement, and receiving departments.
- Ensure manual billing is completed by the end of each day and correct manifest exceptions daily.
- Investigate and assist in resolving chargebacks received from compliance and provide supporting documentation for recovery.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures and embody company ethics and values.
- Abide by all federal, state, and local laws.
- This position does not have people leadership responsibilities.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) in Logistics or transportation planning or equivalent education and experience.
- 1–2 years of logistics experience required.
- 2–3 years of client account management experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP.
- Knowledge of SAP and WMS.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to effectively multi‑task under pressure.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Manual dexterity required: can lift up to 20 pounds without assistance.
