Dollar General Fleet is hiring Class A CDL truck drivers for regional home weekly routes. Drivers will connect distribution centers with stores, receive a $2,000 sign‑on bonus, and benefit from pet and rider programs.

Responsibilities include:

• Operate a Class A commercial tractor‑trailer in compliance with DOT regulations
• Perform pre‑trip, en‑route, and post‑trip inspections, maintain electronic logs, mileage records, and delivery documentation
• Secure cargo, maintain accurate time‑of‑entry logs, and ensure safety standards are met
• Communicate with dispatch regarding route status, delays, and updates
• Complete pickups and deliveries on schedule and safely

Qualifications:

• Valid Class A CDL
• 21 years or older
• Pass DOT drug test and physical
• Non‑excepted interstate status

Position includes delivery to stores, unloading, stocking, and merchandise management. The driver must lift up to 100 lb and handle loads of 40–150 lb.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver merchandise and fulfill promotional displays
• Operate forklifts and other equipment as required
• Maintain accurate logs and documentation
• Adhere to traffic laws and company safety guidelines
