Class-A CDL Truck Driver - Paid TrainingSeeking a reliable full-time W2 driving career? We are currently booking regional and OTR runs for our bi-weekly fleet, engineered for drivers focused on maximizing their weekly miles and maintaining consistent road time. We proudly welcome seasoned veterans as well as recent commercial driving school graduates.
Earnings and Weekly Mileage- Weekly Gross Pay: $1,300 – $1,600
- Average Distance: 2,300 – 2,500+ miles per week (high-volume mileage)

If you just completed your 120-hour CDL academy, you can get paid while learning the ropes. We provide 3 to 5 weeks of dedicated, one‑on‑one mentorship to prepare you for the road.
- Modern Fleet:
Gain experience behind the wheel of late‑model 2024–2025 Kenworth & Freightliner trucks. - Compliance Training:
Learn professional ELD logging techniques and DOT safety regulations. - Transition to Solo:
Receive supervised mileage and continuous backing until you are ready for solo success.
- Home Time Rotation:
Out on the road for 12‑14 days, followed by a full home reset. - Freight Type:
Predominantly no‑touch dry van cargo. - Operational Efficiency:
Roughly 70% drop & hook to keep your wheels moving. - The Fleet:
Brand new 2024–2025 tractors fully equipped with APU climate units. - Driver Lifestyle:

- Must be able to pass a standard DOT medical examination and drug screening.
Operate a Class A commercial tractor‑trailer in compliance with DOT regulations and company policies while transporting freight over long‑distance, multi‑state routes. Perform pre‑trip, en‑route, and post‑trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance, and maintain accurate electronic logs, mileage records, and delivery documentation. Follow Hours of Service requirements and safety standards, properly secure cargo, and communicate with dispatch regarding route status and any incidents.
