You must be 18 years of age, hold a valid driver's license with a safe driving record that meets company standards, and have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery. The following responsibilities apply to the driver role.

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Navigate adverse terrain, multi-story buildings, and private homes while carrying product.
• Deliver pizzas within the designated delivery area, making several deliveries per shift.
• Deliver flyers and door hangers.

• Comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.

• Perform basic math accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
• Make correct monetary change.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands for precise movements with speed.
• Navigate maps and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
• Read and comply with safety and operations procedures.

• Stand for most tasks; walking surfaces include ceramic tile and linoleum. Work surfaces 36 inches-48 inches.
• Walk short distances for short durations; delivery personnel must travel between the store and vehicle and to customer locations.
• Sit at a desk or table while doing paperwork.
• Lift bulk product deliveries up to 50 pounds (cases of ingredients and supplies).
• Carry large cans (approximately 3 pounds) and packaging (approximately 12 pounds per pizza dough tray). Frequently carry pizzas and beverages during delivery.
• Push or pull trays on dollies up to 24 inches-30 inches requiring up to 7.5 pounds of force.
• Climb stairs or a ladder occasionally; may navigate five or more flights of stairs during delivery.
• Stooping and bending forward at the waist for up to 45 seconds repeatedly during the day; forward bending also occurs at the front counter and stocking areas.
• Crouch or squat occasionally to stock shelves and clean low areas.
• Reach continuously upward, downward, and forward; sometimes up to 72 inches to turn on/off oven controls or retrieve items.
• Drive a vehicle within the designated delivery area; must have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record and access to an insured vehicle.
