Position Title:

Warehouse Associate – Forklift Operator

Compensation:

$19.50/hour (starting pay) – Pay range: $15.00 - $21.42 hourly. The role is bonus or incentive plan eligible.

Schedule:

Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM;
No weekends.

Responsibilities:

Operate a stand-up forklift (order selector/cherry picker) to pull outbound customer orders.
Use RF and Voice technology to pick, sort, scan, and prep orders.
Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
Receive, verify, stage, and stock incoming material accurately and on time.
Keep your workspace clean, safe, and accident‑free.
Follow all HSE safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

Warehouse or forklift experience is a plus; we train the right person.
Dependable, positive, and ready to work.
Detail‑oriented with a strong work ethic.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
Team player who takes safety seriously.
