Logistics Auditor
The Logistics Auditor leads a team of Logistics Coordinators in packing, crating and shipping UAM inventory, worldwide. The SLC also:
Audits customer agreements for completeness before a logistics plan is initiated
Maintain compliance with OSHA, FAA, AFRA, & ASA guidelines and certifications, as applicable
- Accountable for the safety and accuracy of all UAM shipments and receivables through audits, and visual inspection, when needed
- Maintain spreadsheets of receiving and shipping statistics
- Ensure through audit the packing of unit(s) for shipment and verify all necessary paperwork is included with each shipment
- Ensure Quarantine and Verona receiving logs are kept current
- Report shipping/receiving defects to warehouse management
- Maintains the existing logistics process and makes incremental improvements that increase efficiency
- Monitors and achieves logistics metrics set by warehouse management
- Lives and breathes UAM's Quality Control Manual and enforces all related policies and procedures
- Abide by the posted AOG (Aircraft-On-Ground) schedule, and maintain availability during AOG period
- Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Experience :
Previous people leadership – either directly or in functional groups
Overall strong leadership qualities
High school diploma or equivalent
Have the ability to analyze data, search for errors and autonomously work towards solutions
Work well against critical deadlines with the ability to multi-task
Have good computer skills, especially the Microsoft Office Suite, with attention to detail
Be goal-oriented, persuasive, and able to work well both independently and as part of a team
Warehouse & Inventory experience is a plus
Aviation experience desired
