Assistant Manager Position

We are currently looking for an Assistant Store Manager to assist our General Manager with day‑to‑day operations. We are seeking a self‑motivated, organized, and hardworking individual who wishes to grow with our company and enjoy the work. We are a small franchise that employs 10‑15 people, so team‑building skills are a must.

• Stand for long periods
• Lifts up to 50 lbs
• Bend, reach, push, pull, squat, climb, and balance
• Handle extreme temperatures (oven, cooler, outdoor conditions)
• Repetitive use of hands
• Work with chemical cleaners (de‑greaser, mop solution, sanitizer, etc.)

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred
• Minimum 2 years in food industry preferred
• Minimum 2 years of management experience preferred
• Minimum age 18 years

• Maximum of 3 traffic violations in 3 years or 2 in 2 years

• Vehicle must comply with all Store and Corporate Safety Standards
• Minimum 2 years of driving experience required
• Approved vehicle insurance covering delivery drivers
• Must provide MVR (Motor Vehicle Report) from DMV
• Vehicle must have a positive image

• Most tasks performed from a standing position; walking surfaces include ceramic tile or linoleum. Work surfaces between 36" and 48".
• Delivery duties involve travel between store, vehicle, and customer location.
• Bulk product deliveries require hand truck unloading, lifting up to 50 lbs, stacking onto shelves up to 72".
• Carrying duties include large cans, pizza sauce, dough trays weighing up to 12 lbs.
• Pushing and pulling trays on dollies, climbing stairs or ladders for maintenance.
• Reaching tasks: above 72", down to scoop, forward to obtain toppings, etc.
• Driving: deliver pizzas within designated area, deliver flyers and door hangers.
• Hand tasks: eye‑hand coordination, use of forearms and wrists, manipulating pizza peel, cutter.
• Equipment: pencils, pens, computer, phone, calculator, TDD equipment, pizza cutter, peel.
• Requires valid driver’s license with safe driving record, access to insured vehicle.
